Officina ‘5’ Caffè takes root in Fara San Martino, at the majestic foothills of the Majella mountains in Abruzzo.
Born from the legacy of the Cocco family—masters of pasta-making for generations—this artisanal roastery carries forward a tradition of craftsmanship, now dedicated to delivering exceptional, high-quality coffee.


We carefully select the finest raw coffee beans exclusively from small producers: Arabica from Central America (Santos, Honduras, Nicaragua) and Robusta from India—blended to create exceptional coffees that satisfy the tastes of true coffee lovers.
With expert care, our Master Roaster follows every step of the process, using the color of the beans to pinpoint the perfect roast—delivering a bold, creamy, and aromatic experience.
